Brand Name For Dairy & Mineral Water Products

Dear Concern,

I am from India and am starting a new business project about manufacturing of
1. Dairy Farming & By products
Milk, Cheese, Butter, Paneer, Lassi, Ghee, etc

2. Packed Mineral Water
Mineral Water, Flavoured water, Sweet Drinks, etc..

3. Poultry Farming & Chicken products

4. Idli Dosa Batter.

I m looking for a brand name..like "Amul" "Nestle", "GoGo" "Bisleri" Aquafina" "ID Fresh" "Sugana"etc.

If you are creative enough in helping me suggest me some names. Names should in English, easy to tell and pronounce and self explanatory. I love funny names also. Since last 1 month I have gone mad but can't find the name which I am expecting.

And there are names that dont explain anything but they just are brands like Google, Blackbery,etc

If u can suggest any names like that..that will be a super plus...ill be in touch....i m thinking too..plz give ur suggestions too...

To come up with names we need to understand your target audience, how they make purchase decisions, what they value, etc.

Nonsense names like most of the ones you suggest are only effective if you can spend lots of money to create awareness and impart meaning to, and broad recognition for, them. If you don't have deep pockets you are much better served to narrow your focus and market a specific product line for a highly-targeted audience. The key is to identify a unique benefit-oriented positioning and communicate it in a compelling way, with a name and tagline that embody the positioning.

The products you mention provide different benefits and have different target audiences. Trying to put them under the same umbrella name isn't likely to work.

First of all, I am extremely sorry for not responding to your response, actually I was out of town for 3-4 days...

Thank you for your reply and queries. Please find my answers below.

The products I have mentioned are come under FMCG sector (especially food) so major target audience will be segmented on geographical basis and thus my target audience will be household from mumbai, its sub urbs, Raigad and west Maharashtra. (To be specific 150 km from kalyan in a circle, you can Google it)

The purchase decision process usually are based on need, convenience like other FMCG products.

They value for product quantity & quality and generally they are price conscious people.

You can consider the common benefit as to serve their food need.

I would like you to study the demographic and psychology of the targeted area.

What I suggest, can you please suggest brand name individually like

For, Dairy Milk & By Product....?? different brand name

For, Packed Mineral Water product ....?? different brand name

Considering my company name that is "Christy" see if you get some brand name similar to that....
