I Am opening a fabric shop named Colours (name in my local language only). i need catching tagline

Why do you think you need a tagline? What do you want it to communicate? Why should someone in your target audience shop at your store instead of wherever they're shopping now?

Is your local language something other than English?
That will matter since there are concepts that might be lost in translation.

Depends on your product and company; what do you want customers to think of when they think of your brand? Bright and bold colors? The finest fabric qualities? Think about what would be the most important factor that you want your customers to know about and go from there. Considering your shop is named Colours, I have images of bright and fun patterns. Perhaps something like: Colours: add colour to your life.
