Need A Theme For An International Conference

We are going to conduct a national and international conference in management concepts area. So I need a management topics/themes for an international congference. Please anyone come up with good topic which has to cover all the topics of management studies.(Finance,HR,Marketing,Economic.etc)

    Who is likely to attend the conference? Why? What is special about your conference? Where is it located?

    Students, Research scholars M.Phil and Ph.D, Faculty members from various colleges. Only management studies department is going to attend the conference. This conference going to held in Sacred Heart college.Tamilnadu, India. The special about conference is to encourage the rural management students to become a future entrepreneurs. They should know all management concepts. In this conference everybody going to present a paper on management concepts. So I need exact theme for the conference which need to cover all the management concepts (hr, finance, marketing, International business..etc). For example topics. 1. Advances in management, global challenges & opportunities in management, recent trends in management, Innovations in management, etc
