Realty Company Name And Tagline

My name is Crystal and I am a real estate broker opening up my own real estate companh for home buyers and sellers.

I would like to incorporate my name....possibly

I really like Crystal Clear Realty but am open to ideas and I need a Tagline too.

Fire away with ideas :-)

Modern, hip, tech Savy, competitive edge, millenial, efficient, cutting edge and PROVIDING knowledge is the image I want to portray.
I will have a website of a library of tutorial videos made by me that my customers can access throughout the entire process and will also utilize webinars.

So the home buying and selling concept is CLEAR

I had also thought of Millenial Realty?
Since I am a Millenial using tech Savy technics

    Instead of making the name revolve around YOU, make the name revolve around why people would hire you. What region will you cover? Besides videos/webinars/technology, what knowledge or skills do you have that would save your clients time and/or money? What types of properties will you specialize in? How do you stand out in a crowded field of Realtors?

    The answers to Jay's questions are important if we are going to address your name/tagline in a meaningful way. The name should communicate a BENEFIT for your target audience, not a description of what YOU do or want to do.

    So let's look through the other end of the telescope. Who are the folks in your primary target audience? What do you know about them and about how they select a realtor? Where do they live? How will they find you? Have you actually interviewed some of these folks to see what they think and what words they use to express their views and attitudes toward working with a realtor? (Thinking more of informational interviews, not sales presentations in disguise.)

    Then what's the unique benefit -- not features -- you promise and deliver to the target audience? What compelling reason should they focus on before they select you as their realtor? Maybe you can segment the market so that you only solicit the folks who are most likely to select you instead of a competitor. Find a niche that you can dominate. You are better off serving 100% of a narrow niche market than 0.001% of a huge market.

    Give us your thoughtful answers to the questions we've posed, and we'll deliver a great name/tagline for you.
