Name For Mortgages Training Academy

Hi

We are starting a training academy for fresh campus recruits who would be trained throughly over 60 days in the field of mortgage sales on all aspects (product,process, customer handling & marketing)and then inducted into the insititution as sales managers. there would be case studies,field visits and scoring testsinvolved as a training process. Request a sparkling name for the academy which reflects the metomorphises of a fresh recruit into a trained sales professional.

    We (and perhaps you) need to understand more about the target audience and what drives them. I presume that the name you are seeking needs to appeal to the "fresh recruits" primarily. If so, you are assuming that they aspire to become "trained sales professionals." Is that their ultimate goal? How do you know?

    It seems that the "sparkling name" you seek may be more focused on what you/the institution want than on what the "fresh recruit" wants. Try looking through the other end of that telescope to learn about the needs, values, aspirations, habits, practices and attitudes of your target audience. That will lead you to a name that will resonate with them. It will embody the true benefit they seek.

    Hi, thanks for your response. To answer your queries...the target audience are management trainees from B Schools who have "chosen" a career in the industry of mortgages. They are interviewed and evaluated by us before hand and short listed based on their aptitude and hunger to be sales professionals. We can call them as raw talent that needs to be honed and sharpened for all sales related aspects from a mortgages stand point. For them this is a much sought after career break in the field they wanted to be in and see themselves grow and evolve.
