Marketing An Online Medical Store

We are an Online Medical Store Based out of a Tier 2 city in India.When we Started operating December Last Year we got a lot of attention from the people in our City and from the neighbouring cities as well.However the Budget for Advertising cannot be the same throughout the year.As in when we launched the Store we had a larger Budget and since then we have reduced hoping to get some Mouth to Mouth Publicity from our consumers(Who are extremely happy with the services that we provide).Another problem is that people hesitate to order for the first time.Once they have used our services they rarely drop.What form of Publicity can be useful to encourage people to try our services for the first time.

    Reduce the perceived risk.
    Here is one way to do that: If you have any customers whose name people would recognize, try to get testimonials from them. If not, still include testimonials in any advertising that you are able to afford.

    I agree that testimonials would be a good approach.

    Adding to above, with Word Of Mouth being that important, expand on Mr. Hamilton-Roth's idea - offer something to established customer who refers to a new customer, new customer orders, established customer receives a small thank you
