Which Is A Better Logo? And Tagline?

I'm putting a 5 gallon water refilling station and wanting which logo to put up? Which is better looking and more effective?

my Tagline so far is

Your Water Without Worry!

    More effective? The answer is try them both (a split test) and see what attracts more people.

    Tagline? Why would people worry about water? What's special about the water you're dispensing? Why would people choose your refilling station?

    Are these the only choices? How about one where the O in "oasis" is clearly an O? At first glance I thought maybe the second word might be "basis." I wouldn't get too clever with the logo design. More important to register the name and the benefit.

    For a tagline, perhaps you can answer Jay's questions. Who is your target audience? Where? What benefit can they expect? What are the alternatives? How will they learn about your brand?

    I'll try the log with O letter then!. For the tagline though: Water is something you always worry in Philippine especially the source of it.You need to trust the water refilling station before you take the water and subscribe to their service so thats why i put Your Water Without Worry so people wont have to worry they will get sick drinking it.
