So how does your site differ from other e-commerce sites?
Who specifically is likely to purchase from you? Why?

its an e commerce site main products are devices. we provide home delivery, cash on delivery service. our main customers are general people.

There are almost 7 billion "general people." You can't serve them all. Perhaps you can narrow your target audience to something more realistic. Besides, home delivery can get challenging if you try to serve all those "general people."

What are your USPs (unique selling points). For instance, are you focused on best price (eg price match guarantee), best service (free return and extended warranty), easiest shopping experience (one-click website), focused on financial terms (best credit terms), looking to supply volume (trade discounts), offering loyalty bonuses or referral schemes, offering technical advice and support, providing fast delivery - eg same day. Are you targeting a specific geography or language? Are you focused on the cutting edge, on design and lifestyle, on range. Without this information any tag line will just be a generic me-too 'XXX sells great products' - no reason to purchase or point of differentiation. What's the key reason why people will buy from you and not from competitors?
