Tagline For Soft Skills Training And Development

We need a tagline that will help position our new corporate training and development company, GAP Dynamics. We focus on EQ and SQ (emotional and social intelligence quotients), or "soft skills" - communication, language, personal habits, interpersonal skills, managing people, leadership, etc. We offer consulting, training and/or coaching for any size company.

While motivational talk helps with change, we focus on strategies, processes, and systems to help the learning process and implement new skills for success. We customize our training to reflect and support current operations (if they are working as designed) or offer suggestions for optimization and/or help make changes that are needed.

Our primary market is Human Resource Professionals (in a small business this could be Office Manager or Owner) with C-Suite Executives being secondary (CEO or COO depending on hierarchy)and individuals being tertiary.

We want to differentiate ourselves from other "management" training companies since we focus on behavioral skills relying on proven research and using adult learning methods.

    So what is the BENEFIT for your clients? How are they better off after you've worked your magic?

    You've explained what you DO, but you haven't told us how your clients benefit from that. You need to articulate the benefit.

    You also haven't told us the name of the company, and that's important because the tagline needs to fit with the name.

    Finally, WHERE is your primary target audience located?

    Thanks for requesting clarification on my question. The name of the company is GAP Dynamics, LLC.
    As to where, we are located in the U.S. and provide training around the country, so if I understand your question as to where our target market is - it would be in the U.S.
    As to benefits, soft skills are those intrapersonal and interpersonal behaviors that maximize human performance that can make a good hire a great employee and promotes the excellence of a company. There is no single benefit, it can reduce employee turnover by increasing job satisfaction through training managers how to interact and guide with employees, increase client satisfaction by training in communication styles and active listening, etc. In short, soft skills can deliver hard results. I hope this clarifies some of your questions.

    Unfortunately the company name doesn't help much in terms of communicating what you do or how it can benefit a client company, so the tagline is going to have to do the whole job. (Does "GAP Dynamics" mean anything to your target audience?)

    To make matters worse, you are saying that "there is no single benefit." That means the best you can hope for is that the tagline at least tells what you do. So how about:

    GAP Dynamics
    Soft Skills Specialists Delivering Hard Results

    It's vague, but it might get your target audience to request more information.
