    Too busy? Yes.
But what's missing is clear statement of who you help, why they'd want your services, or why they should trust you.

Wow. It's like a carnival midway. There is probably still a group attracted to that style, though.
    Paragraphs.

It needs to be more clear who your are, what you do, and why people should do it with you (versus your competition). Spelling and grammar should be cleaned up, which will increase trustworthiness. As for page speed, I recommend you use "webpagetest.org".

    Way too busy.

Who is the target audience? Why should they choose you? What benefit will they realize? The answers to these questions should be immediately obvious to anyone visiting your site.

Site is hard to digest because the copy is all run together in a single paragraph, no clear message (words or images), and even the headline is not clear/visible. What are all those images in little squares? Where are the images of happy clients? Testimonials?

If your site is a sample of what you would do for a client, I would be concerned that people might be turned off. Not professional looking.

There are over 30 typographic, stylistic, and grammatical errors on your page. The flashing and animated square banners are visually distracting and navigationally confusing. There is no clear indication of what, exactly, you are offering, nor any clear path as to why your offer is a great deal.

Is the current version the improved version? If so, I think you're still missing the mark. But maybe your target audience likes that kind of site -- if they can figure out what's in it for them.
