how can i get flats directily from the flat owners without using internet,marketing & office in any locality?

    What kind of flats? Do you want to buy the flats outright for cash? Why might people want to sell to you? Are you prepared to pay a premium? When you specify "any locality," do you mean "any locality of your choosing," or do you mean you will buy flats from wherever the sellers happen to be?

    And if you don't use internet marketing, and don't have a local presence, how will people find out about you and your desire to acquire flats?

    Too many unanswered questions.
