How To Promote Meeting Rooms ?

I am working for FM7 hotel, an airport hotel based in Jakarta. We are currently deploying a promotion strategy that aims at increasing awareness of our meeting rooms. I am reaching out to you seeking for advice as I am in charge of this project knowing that we are targeting international clients, can you provide me with guidelines concerning the budget that it would imply furthermore , I would like you recommend me the most relevant channels that I should use.

    How does your target audience find meeting rooms now? Do they use an online search engine? If so, you can advertise there.

    Of course you need to begin by developing a Positioning Statement that captures the core benefit you offer, how/why it is unique, and the specific target audience you are seeking. Without a compelling positioning statement (and a creative expression of same) it's going to be tough to get anyone's attention.

    It's possible we can be of more help if you define the target audience for us, and tell us why your offering is different from, and better than, those of your competitors. What unique and compelling benefit do you offer?

    You might also begin to think about what an average booking is worth to you. How much should you be willing to spend to get another meeting room booking? From a business standpoint, how many meeting room bookings do you want? Are you prepared to investment spend to achieve your objective? Is there a specific target (and a specific budget)?
