Slogans/taglines For Campaign!

Hi need some suggestion in regard to a campaign in August. My company is an IT company doing a GWP & Special Deals promotion. We want this to be coming from a direction like a surprise and a reward back to your loyal customers. Any suggestions?

    Who is your primary target audience? Where? Why do they buy from you? What's the objective of the promotion? How will you measure success?
