Are you asking how to get hotel guests to buy more coffee from the coffee machine or how to sell more coffee machines to hotels? What is your competition like? Why are you significantly better/different? Where is your target market?

Sell them on how much money they will make, the reliability of the machines, and how satisfied their coffee drinkers will be.
Might be best for you to hire a good salesman and show that person all the advantages of your system. Then let the salesperson sell.
