Campaign Theme Name

Hi,

We are planning to run a campaign for internal technical employees, working in Call Centres in Customer service, NOC & SOC teams.

We need a Umbrella theme name that will have sub campaigns under this Main theme.

The Theme name should help employees connect with

Excellence at work
Knowledge Building
Knowledge Learning

Look forward to your motivational and inspirations suggestions for theme name and tagline to build a communication plan and creatives around it.

    What is the goal of the campaign? What do you want the theme name to communicate? What can you tell us about the target audience -- values, aspirations, needs, etc.? What do you want the target audience to DO as a result of the campaign? ("motivational" toward what end?)

    Is this to be a one directional information transfer, or will you be learning as well as teaching? Will your employees be asked to just sit quietly and pay attention, or will you as them to actively participate? Do you value their input, or are you avoiding it?

    If this were my project, I would be much less concerned about the opinions of strangers and consultants, and I would be much more concerned about the perspectives and needs and priorities and requirements of your team members.

    Have you surveyed your employees to determine what their needs are, what they would like to learn, how your department can help, what the problems are from their perspective, and so forth? If you have, then I would that that the information you need to position and describe your program is contained in your survey results. If you have not, and if it is not too late, I would encourage you to survey your employees and to solicit their input and comments and knowledge. I believe this will result in better training for them, a better understanding for you, and better cooperation between departments. Good luck.

    What is the goal of the campaign?

    The Goal of the campaign is bring out :

    Excellence at work- By making employees realize that Quality of work & being First Time Right can bring in customer delight.

    Knowledge Building/Knowledge Learning - To encourage employees to take up Technical Certifications to upgrade their skills that will help them improve their knowledge and enhance their changes of moving up the technical career ladder.

    What do you want the theme name to communicate?

    We want the theme to be motivational/inspirational so employees are encouraged to focus on this drive to bring in Excellence at Work and enhance Customer satisfaction with quick turnaround time with new & cross-functional leanings to reduce customer pain areas by highlighting concerns to higher management without any fears or bias. Even if it be anonymous.

    An Example would be DRIVE :

    D= DARE to begin

    R = Stay Responsive to Stay ahead

    I = Be Inclusive for there are endless ways of looking at things

    V = Venture into the unusual and you will never settle for the ordinary

    E = Value Ethics

    What can you tell us about the target audience -- values, aspirations, needs, etc.?

    The Target are Call Center employees from Technical background and are from Technical Support Teams, NOC (Network Operations) and SOC( Service Operations) teams from a Global Telecoms Service Provider company. Their aspirations & needs are to get recognized for their work and also get a promotion at work by moving up the technical ladder and company to sponsor and send them for certifications and training's at equal intervals.

    What do you want the target audience to DO as a result of the campaign? ("motivational" toward what end?)

    The target audience should reduce customer pain areas/concerns by highlighting concerns/issues to higher management without any fears or bias. Even if it be anonymous. Work towards bringing in Excellence at work and Customer Delight.

    This will be a two directional approach where the management will be taking measures based on inputs provided by the target audience/employees to improve the quality of work and customer delight.

    We want all employees to actively participate & we will be rewarding employees one who raise their hand & highlight issues and one who fixes and brings in a solution to the issue raised.

    We value their inputs very much hence we will be be rewarding employees one who raise their hand & highlight issues and one who fixes and brings in a solution to the issue raised.


    Have you surveyed your employees to determine what their needs are, what they would like to learn, how your department can help, what the problems are from their perspective, and so forth?

    Yes we have & hence have come up with the above plan to address the internal & customer facing challenges.

    The campaign name should cover the message "excellence at work”, theme of “quality comes first”, theme of “first time right” , theme of “ customer tone and empathy”
