Need A Name For A Service Delivery System

Posted by chines on 125 Points
Hello, I'm looking for a catchy name for our procedural service delivery system. Right now we call it procedural based service delivery. Its a system that we use to insure our workers know thier procedures before they execute work on industrial, oil and gas sites. Any ideas on how to make this sound cool to our staff and customers? Thanks!

    1. "Catchy" doesn't seem to fit with what you really offer/do. Your business is not to entertain or amuse people. It's to deliver serious technical services that are vitally important to your customers.

    2. To come up with an appropriate name for the "procedural service delivery system" we would need to know more about your customer base, your staff and how/where you interface with them. How does your target audience find you? What are the steps in your sales funnel? What is the core benefit a customer should expect? Etc.

    3. To the casual observer it's not even obvious what you really do. "Procedural service delivery system" sounds like insider jargon. Who needs those services? Why? What's the benefit?

    4. Is it still summer in Fort McMurray, or is it starting to get cold there already? :)

Okay, we provide a variety of services to company's in the oil and gas sector. Cleaning of buildings, building maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal, road grading, pest control, etc.

We deliver these services under strong safety conditions. The purpose of the procedural based service deliver is so that every worker has a plan. We find that when a worker has a planed work day, they are safe from deviation and understand the work flow and process around their work better. Are motto is "every worker has a plan". Inside the work plan documents are areas they can reference the procedures for the type of work they do. Show that they know where to find procedures and that the references are close at hand and known. I wanted to give this system a name other than procedural based service deliver or PBSD.

    Call your system "The LOOP*"

"Before every procedure, we open and close the LOOP."
"Every procedure is in the LOOP."
"If you screw-up really bad, you hang by the LOOP."
