How Can I Find Out My Potentail Competitors

Hi, I came up an online business model idea. I have done some marketing researching and did not find anyone who is doing the similar business. However, I did not see any potential competitors does not mean they are not exist in the market.

I am wondering that if there is any agency or firms who specialized in marketing analysis and shows me a comprehensive report, including the competitors, SWOT etc…

    What's your niche, where will you be selling, and what problem do you solve? Commonly, where there's no competition, there's none because no one's buying.

    What you are seeking is commonly a part of the process for putting together a business plan. We do it routinely when a client hires us to create a formal business plan.

    Who is your target audience? Where? How much do you already know about that target audience and the benefit they seek?
