I am a mobile dog trainer and my company is called Tails and Treats Dog Training. I do both obedience training to behavioral issues. I need a catchy slogan or phrase.

Your name is already catchy. Why not specific in your tagline who or where you serve (or your specialty):

Tails and Treats Dog Training: Miami's #1 Pet Trainer
Tails and Treats Dog Training: Specializing in Puppies
Tails and Treats Dog Training: Classes at Your Home

Why do you feel a need for a slogan or tagline? What do you want it to do or communicate? Are you concerned that the name doesn't describe your services adequately? (With 5 words in the name, it SHOULD describe the services!)

My concern is that people won't process a long name AND a tagline, so you will actually be LESS memorable than if you go with just the name (and no slogan). The name itself isn't that memorable, probably because "tails and treats" isn't a familiar phrase.
