Since it's unlikely a new company can do all of these activities well, what specific activity is your specialty - and for which specific industry? In short, why should someone trust your consultancy expertise? And instead of a catchy name, why not a name that instill confidence in your offering clearly and professionally?

Do you have a marketing plan for this new consultancy? If not, you should probably start there.

Identify your primary target audience and what makes you different from, and better than, other consultants in your space. Then think about your deliverable from the perspective of your clients. What is the unique and compelling benefit they can expect if/when they hire you?

And I'd suggest you forget about "catchy." "Catchy" is something you do when you don't have a real benefit to offer, and you want to distract your target audience and hope they won't notice because they are so taken by your "catchy-ness."

Of course we have the experts and expertise in these specific fields to deliver the said activities and moreover all of these come comes under Project Management Services and we can cater to any industry that involves Project based works may it be the construction, shipping, oil & gas or aeronautics.

By catchy what was meant is that the name should linger in the minds, provide confidence and of course speak of the business in a profession manner.

Thank you for your comments, Your opinion are of great value and would help in focusing and improving ourselves in these suggested areas.

So who is your primary target audience? Where? What is the compelling and unique benefit your clients can expect when they hire you? (The more specific you can be the better.)

For a name to "linger in the minds, provide confidence and of course speak of the business in a profession manner." it needs to be relevant and salient, rather than catchy. Focus in one a smaller group of prospects, then meet and exceed their needs.

That ought to be: Focus on a smaller group of prospects, then meet and exceed their needs.

Closer, but still not focused enough and target audience is way too broad.

"... all types of business involving project cycle ..." is way too broad. Where? What country/continent? Which specific industry is in your sweet spot?

And "... guide a project from start to finish in an organized manner that provides planning and controlling and demonstrates efficiency, cost-savings & resource management" is a description of what project managers do, not a benefit statement for the client.

WHY should a company in your target audience hire you? What's in it for them? How will their lives be better if they hire you (as opposed to doing it themselves or hiring another project management firm/person)? How/Why are you different from, and better than, others who do the same thing?

My guess is that being consultant your aim will be to sell to larger constructing businesses and so your target market will be quite small - probably a few hundred businesses that you'll mostly be selling face-to-face or via conferences and exhibitions and then building up a reputation. These type of businesses, being built on trust and the skills of people, often take the names of their founders - McKinsey's, Arthur Anderson, Ernst and Young, WSAtkins because it's the people who matter. When these businesses switch to some whizzo name, de-personalising to a slogan, the names often fall flat because you want to remember the people, not some made up word.
