Name For An Event

Posted by civany1 on 125 Points
I am hosting a series of events next year and I was hoping for some creative names. Can you help?

Craftbeer & Wing Festival - May 2017 Outdoors with entertainment and kiddie section.

Craftbeer & Rib Festival - July 2017 Outdoors with entertainment and kiddie section.

Craftbeer & Rib Festival - September 2017 Outdoors with entertainment and kiddie section.

As you can see, there is a pattern here.. I am just trying to come up with something more catchy and more creative than the above names.

Thanks everyone for your help.

What company or organization is this for? Any reason WHY the name has to be "catchy"?

Who's likely to attend? Is the beer locally made? Where are the events located?

Who is your primary target audience? Where? What's the name of your business? Are you well known to the local community?

Do you want them to not appear related? So there should be no pattern between the names.

My Company name is Smokin' Hot Events. I suppose catchy may have been a wrong choice of words. Possibly looking for something that is unique, memorable for years to follow as I would like to make this an annual event. I host large Craft Fairs and I do find in this business, the name is important in bringing footsteps into the shows. I am known in the community for organizing large Craft Events however the food fairs are a new venture for me. The Beer will be local to the community. The Rib and Food vendors will be for most part as well however I feel I may have to reach a little further for them. They can appear related. The first 2 events will be held in my community which has a population of 15k however we are known for our fairs and the last fair in this town brought in 55k. There is a lot of tourism that comes into our town however, we do have 10k in surrounding communities that will support this event as well.
The event in September is in a larger city also near by.
    Thank you for your help...

I think I might stick with the company name and a description of the specific event, like this:

Smokin' Hot Events presents a ...
    Community Craftbeer & Rib Festival

Rationale: The company name is sufficiently memorable and communicates the excitement/fun (smokin' hot) of the event. But it then needs to tell specifically what the offering is (i.e., craftbeer and ribs/wings).

Adding any more to this risks overload and risk of confusion. Depending on your sense of the attendee base, the word "Community" could be replaced by a town or region name -- as long as it is simple and meaningful to your target audience.
