Need To Name A Promotion For Participants In A 5k

Need to name a new promotion for participants in a 5K holiday run/walk. The promotion awards participants whose bib numbers add up to a certain number. Therefore, each participant has an equal chance to win based on the number chosen. Example: for a 3-digit bib number starting the sequence with 100, the lowest would be '1" (1+0+0) and the highest sum would be '27" (9+9+9). we will choose a number at the beginning of the race and each person when they add up their bib number to see if they win.

    Choose your number between 9 and 19 to get a lot of winners.
    Choose 1, 2, or 3 to get 1, 3, or 6 winners (if your race fills up then 27, 26, or 25 will get the same, 1-3-6, number of winners).
    Say you choose 3 as the winning number- 102, 111, 120, 201, 210, 300 bibbed runners win (6 of them).
    Just checking to make sure you realize it is not an even distribution of number of winners among the 1-27 numbers.
