Team registration is available only by calling customer service at 866-557-9625. All team members must register at the same time to receive the discount. Team discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Rates will be calculated on member or non-member status.

Substitutions are allowed. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via e-mail at events@marketingprofs.com or fax to 281-605-5374. Registrations canceled on or before October 2, 2009 will be refunded 100% or given a conference credit. Cancellations received October 3 - 18th, 2009 will receive a conference credit, minus $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after October 19, 2009 or no-shows will not be refunded, nor a credit offered.
