His firm has developed tools and processes that change the way businesses are run. Vic and his company remain dedicated to the development of strategic plans and program design. He has been a frequent speaker at DMA Conferences and has guest lectured at the Harvard Business School, Northwestern University, and Purdue. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association) and chairs the Purdue College Science Dean's Leadership Council.
