Ajay Tejwani is currently leading the social media team at USAA and has over 15 years of experience working for Fortune 200 companies like Qualcomm Inc and The Home Depot. Ajay joined USAA in 2004 and introduced the web content management system that enabled business publishing team to create new pages on usaa.com. Before taking over the social media team, he worked on mobile strategy and was part of the team that launched Deposit@Mobile™—the ability to deposit checks from mobile phones. Prior to joining USAA, he served in various marketing roles in telecommunications and retail industries.
