Fred Surr has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and filmmaking. He has in-depth experience developing innovative and strategic marketing solutions that have delivered bottom-line results. Fred also leads Captains of Industry's in-house video production division and oversees all aspects of motion picture development for clients. He won a Telly Award for 'The Institute for Backup Trauma' for Live Vault, starring John Cleese. Prior to merging his business with Captains of Industry he founded (and ran for over 10 years) a film and video production company that created programs for corporations such as John Hancock, Staples, SolidWorks, and BMW, as well as educational and institutional organizations including SBG (a division of Simon and Schuster), Sundance Publishing, PBS, and The Harvard Risk Management Foundation.
