Under Naylor's direction, Frost & Sullivan redesigned and globalized: the entire Marketing program; the CRM system; the customer and industry segments; sales lead generation; new client and contact acquisition; launched the acclaimed CEO's Analyst Briefing program; launched the Chairman's Series on Growth webcast program; launched over 26 vertical industry newsletters that are delivered to over 400,000 subscribers globally and collaborated on many other new product and branding initiatives. Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Naylor served on the corporate marketing team of a large, privately-held hospital system. He is routinely quoted in major industry media publications on marketing-related issues and he is a past Board Member of the Business Marketing Association (BMA).
