Job Description:
Scope of Responsibilities:

Assist in ongoing development of customer segmentation and statistical models. Support creation of a knowledge database for use across the Association.

Isolate indicators that might influence strategic and tactical decisions across the Association.
Assist with budget forecasts and projections.
Develop ongoing assessment programs to ensure viability of marketing initiatives.

Work with staff to isolate and secure competitive intelligence in the PD market as well as sales opportunities in schools and institutions.

Prepare ROI reports of campaigns; determines efficacy of marketing and sales efforts; provides post campaign analysis and assessments.
• Helps develop, track, and analyze marketing plans
• Helps target and profile audiences within database to market existing services and help in the development of new services
• Helps segment and mine database according to career cycle
• Recommends information to collect and disseminate
• Provides analysis on member segments and life time value – purchasing patterns, recency and frequency stats
• Provides demographic information, scatter maps
• Target marketing approaches based on behavioral and transactional patterns
• Sets up campaigns and tracking systems for online campaigns through Google Analytics or other analysis methods
• Research and recommends methods and systems for tracking ROI on direct mail and online campaigns that may have multiple purchasing avenues
• Identifies and recommends ways to take advantage of current trends
• Develop programs to ensure monitoring of trends, opportunities, potential markets, and deliverables

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in statistics, business, marketing, or related field is required. Three to five years experience in statistical modeling/marketing analysis, including costs analysis, is required. Experience must include providing written and oral presentations of results and ability to collect, track, and translate data.
