In this position, The Demand Generation Manager, is responsible for managing and executing lead generating programs and effective segmentation strategies and campaigns, ensuring success in delivering communications to customers, increasing conversion, and improving the customer experience.

Candidates should be able to create programs from inception to completion and be able to critically analyze results.
This person will support and work closely with both internal and external business partners in the planning, strategy, production, execution, reporting, and analysis of all marketing efforts.

The role requires the ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with both internal and external cross-functional teams as well as vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Identify strategies and tactics that support business, brand and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition plan designed to generate leads, maximize site traffic and drive revenue.
- Optimize emails to ensure high deliverability, open rates, and user engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop business cases, campaigns, briefs, effective designs and landing experiences for all demand gen initiatives
- Data analysis of email metrics and subscribers (list analysis). This includes analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports measuring the performance of email conversion, number of campaigns sent, open rates, click through rates, gross sales, sales per email, increased retention and impact on lifetime value of the customer.
- Analysis of assigned programs to identify customer insights and opportunities. Analysis of reporting above may uncover key customer segments and opportunities for differential treatment.
- Data analysis and program development in the following areas: distribution/frequency reporting, bounce back/bad address rates, response rate reporting, demographics, ROI, & cost per response/sale.
- Utilize email best practices and metrics to drive ongoing improvement in email programs (open rates, click through rates, opt-ins, etc.).
- Manage the vendor relationship with Eloqua and other vendors including weekly meetings and project management to improve performance and increase efficiency
- Manage all demand generation related projects from the requirements gathering through implementation
- Work cross-functionally to prepare campaign, division, and company-wide performance metrics and ROI reporting. Provide reporting and analysis of all types of demand generation campaigns using Eloqua reporting features, including weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years email marketing experience including hands-on experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in marketing
- Copywriting and editing skills, knowledge of email design best practices, and a working knowledge of key graphics and web production tools.
- Excellent project management, time management, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in all aspects of strategic planning, development, scoping, building, deploying, tracking, and continuously improving marketing campaigns to business-to-business audiences.
- Experience working in Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms. Eloqua preferred.
- Prior experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
- Understanding of email deliverability, techniques for improving deliverability, spam filters, Sender ID authentication, black lists, etc.
