Badgeville, the #1 SaaS Behavior Platform and global gamification leader, is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Director to own Badgeville’s demand generation strategy and execution. The Director of Demand Generation will work closely with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing/PR, and other teams to drive campaigns that provide accountable lifts in pipeline and revenue. S/he enjoys being part of a small, ambitious team, being a leader in both setting demand gen strategy as well as daily project execution. This position requires experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Manage and report on on-and-off line demand generation campaigns Design, test, and execute progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation Measure and monitor sales funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline building Manage CRM database, un-subscribes/opt-outs, and list purchases Team with internal/external resources to manage PPC and social media lead-gen Facilitate a strong working relationship with sales Manage team including physical and online events Establish and report on campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI
Education & Experience:
5+ years of acquisition B2B marketing experience, ideally with a SaaS company Ability to both set strategy and have hands-on experience in executing campaigns Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based nurturing Experience with Marketo and Salesforce Experience with executing lead scoring and nurturing programs Experience in managing large events and city tours a big plus Demonstrated proficiency with multi-channel demand generation campaigns Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, tagging, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data Solid writing skills, ability to write Demand Generation copy for diverse enterprise audiences Interest in gamification, behavior management, big data and social mechanics
