MarketSense is looking for an experienced Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Client Services group. We are a full-service B-to-B marketing firm that specializes in helping business marketers to build strong brands and efficiently deliver profitable customers. Strong vertical experience in: manufacturing, hospitality, industrial automation, and technology.

In this role as an Account Director, you will own and manage an important book of business consisting of clients in multiple B2B industries You値l be working directly with a variety of B2B clients in a strategic capacity to help develop their marketing programs and drive their future growth in each of our service areas. You値l also manage day-to-day activity for client projects and overall programs. You値l need to develop a deep understanding of our clients business activity and leverage that knowledge to build successful, results-driven programs. Our clients programs are typically fully integrated and include any number of the following: branding, website design and development, advertising/media, collateral, direct mail, emails, SEO, trade shows, PR, lead management, telemarketing, and database development.

Our account team structure is fairly flat and very hands-on. At the Account Director level, you値l need to be able to lead clients in a strategic capacity but also be involved in the day-to-day execution of projects with limited involvement from other account team members. You値l need to confidently make decisions, work very quickly, and thrive in a demanding environment. If you are a highly motivated, autonomous self-starter, you値l fit right in.

Required skills and experience:

10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environment (we prefer a mix of agency and client-side experience)

4+ years of B2B marketing experience preferred

Experience in industrial and or manufacturing vertical a plus

Bachelor痴 degree

Excellent written and overall communication skills

Intuitive thinker that can be comfortable working on varied marketing projects

Highly organized and able to manage a number of projects/clients simultaneously

Collaborative work style that encourages interaction with other team members
