We are looking for a junior marketing professional to assist with the management of marketing systems and lead processing, in addition to the planning, execution and tracking of global marketing and social media campaigns. The qualified candidate will have demonstrated success in managing CRM and marketing automation systems for a global sales and marketing team, together with experience executing programs to successfully reach new customers, and expand revenue growth within the existing customer base. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing, and work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing Programs and global sales and product teams.
Responsibilities: •Daily management of incoming lead scoring and assignment for account development and inside sales lead qualification. •Ensure integrity of account records in Salesforce.com, including contacts, opportunities and lead data. •Handle tactical development and deployment of forms and landing pages tied to campaigns •Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps. •Assist with planning and execution of various marketing activities - including email, Webcasts, third-party syndication, advertising, events and tradeshows - to deliver and nurture quality sales leads. •Assist with program fulfillment and tracking elements including offers, logistics, staffing, sourcing contacts, list segmentation, reporting and budget management. •Assist with tactical execution of social media initiatives to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects. •Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: •2-3 years of experience in marketing operations and B2B demand generation in enterprise software; international marketing and start-up software company experience a plus •Proven knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process •Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems •Experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns •Strong project management skills and experience •Superb attention to detail •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including copy writing and proofreading •Demonstrable business acumen, determination, self-starter and teamwork values •Bachelor’s degree •HTML knowledge and skills a plus
