Precision Prospects Inc. (www.precisionprospects.com) is the leader in premium Cost Per Lead advertising.

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated and pro-active Business Development Specialist to become a part of our fast-growing company. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new corporate level distribution opportunities. After a sale has been made, you will coordinate the transition of distribution partners to the Production and Fulfillment department.

Responsibilities
 Identify and pursue Web site, email newsletter and agency/network distribution opportunities to meet quarterly inventory quotas
 Communicate the business value of our products and services to potential distribution partners, initially targeting financial services and information technology sectors
 Report a weekly pipeline to record and manage all activities
 Coordinate transition of new accounts to Production and Fulfillment department, which will handle renewals and day-to-day management issues
 Work with various departments to monitor and build pipeline opportunities and product sales
 Report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the President
 Conduct both internal and external fact finding research to better understand business development goals and increase efficiencies of both Sales and Production/Fulfillment departments
 Possess a detailed understanding of Performance Advertising products and services
 Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
 4 years of progressive industry sales experience, with an excellent track record with sales relationships and exceeding quota goals
 Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
 In-depth understanding of Performance Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, and related technology platforms.
 Ability to strategically develop opportunities for prospects and clients, and negotiate and close sales
 Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
 Excellent ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
 Experience with MS Office
