Position Description:

The Senior Manager, Online Marketing will have a hands-on role in the creation, development, implementation, management and
evaluation of customer-centric on-line marketing campaigns to support our worldwide growth and expansion. We are looking for an
exceptional individual that will be responsible for full online marketing campaign life-cycle management including managing
campaigns from concept and development to ROI analysis.


Position Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative, compelling and profitable online marketing campaigns & budget for multiple online initiatives to drive
customer acquisition, engagement and renewal

- Focus on high impact, high touch campaigns that will gain the attention of target audiences and articulate the pain points of
target accounts, before designing campaigns

- Constantly analyze and improve the quality of campaigns, acting on weak areas, optimizing strengths, measuring and
controlling ROI based on actual costs and performance results

- Lead the execution of key online acquisition programs including search (natural & paid) email, contextual and other online
advertising initiatives

- For each campaign, determine the appropriate target account and evaluate, select & manage relationships with agencies
and other 3rd parties as needed

- Prepare ROI and break-even analysis for all proposed campaigns and initiatives and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly
campaign analysis reports

- Direct and manage global web properties in multiple languages; influence the direction of other company online initiatives,
including viral marketing programs, CRM system, social media tools, lead automation tools

- Lead SEO optimization, Google adwords and other online advertising initiatives

- Provide analytical support related to website traffic and trends; efficacy of marketing programs and other key metrics

- Collaborate extensively with product/solutions/field teams to ensure timely execution on all campaigns.

Required Experience:

- The ideal candidate will have full marketing campaign life cycle management experience including managing campaigns
from concept to ROI analysis.

- He/She will have a successful track record of developing, executing and measuring marketing campaigns in a variety of
delivery channels including email, online, and print as well as integrated multi-channel marketing expertise.

- He/She will be a creative, detail-oriented online marketing wizard with a proven track record of creating high effective online,
community and direct response marketing programs.

- The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic vision with the ability to work effectively in a hands-on role within a
fast-paced, team oriented environment

- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in roles directly managing marketing campaigns, paid search marketing and/or
email and online media marketing efforts

- Strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing and proven track record of developing and executing online marketing
programs with high ROI

- Campaign forecasting, management and analysis experience including prior experience building campaign/program
infrastructure (e.g., strategy, plan, budget, sales tools, ROI)

- Knowledge and experience with salesforce.com and marketing automation systems

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and
strategies

- Thrives in team-oriented culture and know how to have fun while working hard

- Good abstract thinking and creative abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Demonstrable project management skills and proven track record in measuring lead to pipeline conversions

- Self motivated, performance driven professional

- High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
