Job Description:
Institute for International Research (IIR) is part of Informa, one of the world's leading public business media companies. IIR is dedicated to providing objective, up-to-the minute business information to the business community through formats such as conferences, webinars, and training solutions.
If you are an experienced Marketing Manager, who is both creative and analytical and wants an opportunity to be strategic and innovative, this position may be for you.
You will launch new products and grow existing ones through integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and new media.
To be considered you must have a college degree, proficiency in Excel,2 -5 years of experience as a marketing manager of events, or experience as a marketer in other media or marketing industries. You must be skilled at executing and understanding ROMI. You must be experienced in using creative copywriting to sell, cross-sell, and up-sell new and existing clients to a portfolio of events. You should have experience implementing email,fax, blogs, podcasts, etc. or are anxious to start using them. You will understand segmentation, both value based and behavior based. You must also have experience in strategic partnerships and alliances, and be comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
