We are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The position is located in our headquarters in San Bruno and requires event-oriented travel.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Manager is a new and key role at Nomis Solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager will be responsible for managing three key marketing programs: global events, global sales support, and global communications. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual and a leader who can take projects from concept through implementation and has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering strong results.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work cross functionally with marketing, sales, services and product marketing to ensure marketing programs align with organizational goals and sales goals. This position is critical to the generation and nurturing of sales leads, of Nomis Solutions brand image, and thought leadership position in this growing market place.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, enthusiastic, intelligent, analytical, and eager to take on new responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

• Global Sales Support Program:
o Direct Marketing Program: Collaborate closely with sales to execute direct marketing program for key accounts.
o Sales Tools: Collaborate closely with sales and product management to develop relevant sales tools such as customer case studies, whitepapers, webinars, etc
o Advertising/Design: Work with graphic designer to develop and design relevant ads for conference brochures and relevant industry publications and to develop invitations to Nomis Solutions’ own Global Profit-Based Pricing Forum.

• Global Events Program:
o Banking Industry Events: Work closely with associations to ensure strong presence and productive use of sales time at each key event.

o Global Profit-Based Pricing Forum & Executive Dinners: Plan and manage the Global Profit-Based Pricing Forum, including agenda development, speaker recruitment, logistics and attendee recruitment and management. Coordinate with sales and organize regional executive dinners with prospects.

• Global Communications:
o PR Firm: Work with our Global PR firm and key analyst contacts to ensure we maintain a thought leadership position in the market place, and produce valuable sales tools.
o Website: Upgrade and manage our website to better meet prospect needs, and maximize the presence of our website in the banking and finance industry.


Experience / Qualifications:

• BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred (concentration in Communications or Marketing)
• Minimum of 7+ years experience in marketing and public relations
• Solid written and verbal communications skills
• Proven success in managing and executing multiple marketing programs
• Experience managing events, speakers, internal teams at events
• Professional demeanor and experience developing relationships with key contacts
• Possess strong problem solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
• Experience managing multiple projects, working under deadline
• Ambitious, demonstrates initiative, “can do” attitude, and desire to learn and succeed
• A strong team contributor and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus
