Job Description:
This position is responsible for increasing marketshare and profitable revenue growth in products and services. The function will drive strategic product roadmaps and execution that meets customer needs and optimized company strengths and resources. This position oversees a team of product managers to implement product and service management programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop strategic roadmaps for products and services that guide the organization, its customers and partners;
· Optimize the company’s resources and strengths to increase marketshare and profitability;
· Direct input on customer needs, product design, enhancement, research, pricing, fees, implementation, analysis, training, reporting and performance management;
· Manage team of product managers, taking an active role in helping them develop understanding of their assigned product lines, facilitating interaction with key areas of the company, learning needs of the sales team, customers and prospects;
· Develop tools and information required to support efforts to increase sales;
· Identify and manage relations with partners, suppliers and other key vendors;
· Direct and collaborate with other areas of the company on new products and product enhancements.
Experience
7+ years of experience in product management
Personnel management experience
Technical knowledge required
Marketing experience required
