Job Description:
Daily contact between clients and various other members of the CPO team. Primary role is to manage given accounts and to ensure all client deliverables and day to day communication is meant. Perform pre analysis of websites and landing pages by reviewing available analytics as well as applying knowledge of web marketing best practices. Suggest areas for optimization for both organic and paid traffic, create marketing strategies for testing, develop unique messaging, work with the design team to create web pages, ensure the html coding meets quality standards, work with the technical lead to set up, QA, and launch all test environments, partner with our analyst to deliver solid reports and suggest next steps based upon learnings. Key is attention to detail and project management plus strong power point presentation and communication skills. Must be able to service multiple engagements simultaneously. Requirements

Ideally, you are an online marketer with an ability to work with web designers, web developers, and IT and an understanding of both SEM and SEO.

Ability to multi task and juggle a variety of clients (across different verticals) in any given day and meet all deadlines.

Experience and an understanding of website test and optimization processes.

Team player – always willing to work towards the good of the team with the end result of providing value to all clients on behalf of The Search Agency and CPO.

Responsibilities
Managing and owning the entire client relationship for your accounts in CPO

Writing subject test (A/B and multivariate) plans, providing the recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers that will help to increase conversion as per the client’s business goals of their Web site.

Assess optimization opportunities across both organic traffic and paid traffic.

Improving processes of a brand new business unit and managing a team of graphic designers, html programmers, software engineers and analysts.

Ability to work cross functionally with shared resources throughout the company as well as Account Managers across other business units.

Developing timelines, managing client expectations, navigating through issues

Regularly meeting with clients to communicate test results and suggest next steps

Continually seeking value for our CPO clients

Proficient in:

PowerPoint, Excel and Photoshop

An understanding of statistical and quantitative analysis

Ability to read numbers and tell a story with those numbers

Knowledge of online marketing principals beneficial (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition)

Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge a plus



Expert in:

Online writing and marketing skills

Both A/B and Multivariate testing including the strategy of those tests, experience with Sitespect, Live Ball, Offermatica or Optimost a huge plus

Organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written. (Writing samples helpful)

Self-starting and self-directing of given responsibilities.

Ability to deal with change and be a team player


Bachelor’s degree required.
Special Consideration for degrees in marketing, ecommerce, or MBAs.
