The marketing team is a fun and diverse group of individuals who are responsible for the company's creative direction, lead generation activities, and the cross-selling of products to current members. As the marketing manager, you will be in complete control of the all of the company's new acquisition initiatives, primarily through online and email channels.
Responsibilities:
• Create marketing copy for e-marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing campaigns to prospects and current clients for both acquisition and retention programs.
• Manage in-house email databases.
• Create and analyze promotional reports.
• Work with internal and external design teams to create online and offline marketing campaign materials.
Requirements:
• Direct response experience—either mail or email (3+ years required).
• Experience in direct response copywriting (the more the better).
• Some experience working with design teams, either internal or external (e.g. agencies, freelance designers).
• Sharp attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with and/or knowledge of email deployment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with internal and external clients.
