Presenters

David B. Thomas is director of community and social strategy for Radian6, leading efforts to learn from, inform, and engage with Radian6's community. Before Radian6 he was executive director at New Marketing Labs. Dave also served as social media manager for SAS, directing social media strategy, policies and training. A marketing professional with more than 20 years experience, he began his career in 1989 at The Chapel Hill (N.C.) News. He is co-author with Mike Barlow of The Executive’s Guide to Enterprise Social Media Strategy.

Nichole Kelly is the CEO of Full Frontal ROI Consulting, the social media firm that understands your bottom line. She spent 14 years in the trenches as a brand-side coporate marketer and innovated the industry by developing a systematic approach to measure social media's impact on core business objectives: sales, revenue and cost. Nichole is known for her no-fluff approach and unique insight into what the board room wants.

Tim Washer is a social media manager at Cisco. As a corporate storyteller, Tim produces comedies, documentaries, and maybe someday an informercial. Prior to Cisco, he served as head of social media video production at IBM, where he wrote/produced the "Mad Science" video series, which helped the Smarter Planet campaign earn the PRSA 2010 Silver Anvil award. His work has appeared in Advertising Age, ADWEEK, The New York Times, and NPR. Tim's comedy credits include the Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, SNL, and The Onion Sports Network.
