Ask and Ye Shall Receive With all the publicity surrounding Amazon.com's launch of Askville—a Web site where people can ask and answer questions on any topic—we think it's a good time to tell Get to the Po!nt subscribers about our own peer-to-peer forum: Know-How Exchange (KHE). It's a busy place! Since January 2004, MarketingProfs members have posted more than 20,100 questions and received 135,600 replies.
You can search the forum archives by category—including Advertising/PR, Customer Behavior, Website Critique and more—or by entering keywords. If the question hasn't already been asked, you can post it. Here's how:
- If you're not already a member of MarketingProfs, sign up. It's quick, easy and free.
- Follow the instructions for posting a question. It doesn't cost anything, but urgent issues can have priority status for a $5 fee.
- Peruse questions from other members. And if you have expertise to offer, offer them the benefit of your experience. They'll appreciate your input as much as you appreciate theirs.
The Po!nt: You don't have to wonder if that tagline is a hit or a miss. Or if that sponsorship is a worthwhile use of your marketing budget. Questions like these are answered every day at Know-How Exchange.
