Product Consumption Experiment Sign Up Sheet

Please select ONE half our period for which you can participate in the study, which will be held in B3 Experiential Learning Center (in the basement of Bridge Hall (BRI)). Please DO NOT SIGN UP USING YOUR NAME. Instead, sign up using a 5 digit number that you can easily remember when you come to the experiment-such as the last five digits of your home phone number.
