Need Brilliant Marketing Minds To Name Leadership

I am looking for a high-energy name for a corporate leadership development program. The program is designed to teach new managers foundational leadership knowledge and skills. It is prestigious to be nominated for the program. I am trying to avoid sounding like “corporate speak.”

Some names recommended by my marketing department are as follows. I find they lack energy and creativity and will be difficult to create a theme around:

    I believe in simple.. especially when it comes to leadership that is values driven....

    I suggest Leadership Development...

    The more you package it, the more petty and unreal it will seem...

    You don't want to produce "the Enron Leadership Ethics Course"
