Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Sue, those descriptors are all about your coffee shop. What about your target audience? Who are THEY? What do you know about them? Who is the target audience for your tagline? Can you identify a specific segment of the local population most likely to become customers?

Also it's all but impossible to know how to approach the tagline issue without knowing the name of your business or the location (i.e., the city, neighborhood, state/province, country, etc.).

How about...

Locally and Organically Brewed and Enjoyed

Your Community Brew and Gathering Spot (or Cafe)

In response to mgoodmans great questions...

the business is in Eugene, Oregon, Eugene Coffee Company is the name. If you know anything about Eugene, being green, organic, down to earth etc is what this community is very much about. My target audience is alot about the people who live in the area, who drive by,,,also Eugenians who want to only drink organic/fairtrade etc. The target audience for the tagline???? hmmm, isnt everyone the target? I just want a tagline that reminds both customers and employees a bit about our values etc. I am not a typical business person as i come to this career after 25 years in social services so i approach much about the coffee shop in a community service type model. Any other ideas?

civic/community is the same, unless of course toyota wants to put a TM on the 1st word...;)

You get that with the dots and read without them too...And as you would've noticed, you defines your target audience.

I am going to go with "Come for the coffee, stay for ________________" I am looking for the what are they staying for part. I have thought about, "all the rest", "the ????)
