Commercial Insurance Agent In New Location

I have recently relocated to Florida from California and I am continuing in the Commerical Insurance work field specialising in Workers Compensation. I am 24 years old played college football and have a degree in communications. I have no problem talking or calling potentilal clients but I would like to have a couple incoming prospects to complement my other efforts. I am trying to seperate myself as a concerned valued agent that really cares about the well being of the prospects company and employees. I feel that good service and knowledge really help my clients with the protection and security they need. Please let me know how else i can assist them.

    This is another good example of why it's important to talk to prospects in addition to clients.

    YOU may feel service and knowledge are the most important but is that what THEY think. Not denying that it is the case, just do your best to ask that question: "What is important to you in selecting a commercial insurance specialist?"

    If you fit their answer you're in a position to begin to make the sale. If you DON'T you can either add it to your repetior or you can walk away early in the process and not waste your time (example: Must have 50 years experience. Time to walk. Must be willing to assist in putting on seminars during lunch breaks. You can do that)
