When my companies have price decreases its due to negotiating with their suppliers better terms, purchasing power, the elimination of unprofitable business centers that have drained resources, or acquisition of software or equipment that creates efficiencies. In any rate, these savings are something you can pass along to the valued customer.

Sometimes no explanation is needed. A rollback is just announced as a rollback. You found a better way and am able to reduce prices.

    Hope that helps, Carol
