After putting in 13+ yrs experience in software products marketing in the domains of CAD/CAM/CAE and ERP, I am getting an opportunity to make a career in a responsible position in Engineering Services domain. How should I go in building my Business Plan offering value from my experience and thus make it more attractive to the prospective employer?
