Ways To Generate More Online Sales?

I have an online retail store that provides niche training materials for software. We have a high volume of site visitors and traffic, however, our sales do not correlate. What approaches can I take into turning these visitors into paying customers? Also, what other specific methods and tactics should I use to generate more sales, buzz, and advertising for a strictly online retail store?

    Sandip, what's the URL for your store? Maybe we can take a look and see what we THINK might be affecting your conversion rate. Tate's right, though, you need to look objectively at your traffic logs to find where you're leaking customers.

    Sandip, maybe it's time to take a hard look at how WELL you implemented all of the solutions that people have suggested. Sounds like you really do need to hire professional help.
