How do I log in?

Click the ACCESS SESSIONS button to enter the virtual environment. Be sure you're logged in with the email address used to register for the event.

What are the system requirements?

The event will open up in a Web browser. It is recommended that you use the most updated version of Firefox or Chrome. You can do a system check here https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check

Can I watch sessions from my phone or tablet?

To watch the sessions on your tablet, you can use the BigMarker attendee app or enter via your browser. It is not recommended to join via mobile.

How do I watch the on-demand sessions?

Access View Sessions from the navigation bar to view the agenda. Click the WATCH NOW button next to the session title to view the session.

Can I download the slides for all the presentations?

Yes! You can find all the handouts in the Info Booth located in the Resource Center.
