Whether you're still packing for Boston or already on-site at the Omni—welcome! Here are some need-to-knows to make your MPB2B workshop a ridiculously awesome experience.

Workshop Materials

Before the workshop, download the zip file with the interactive workbook (MS Word) and the slides (PDF). You will not receive print versions.

What to Bring

  1. You MUST bring your computer with you. It's the only way to access your workbook and participate in activities.
  2. An AI large language model (LLM) chatbot account is helpful for completing some exercises—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot all work.
  3. If you have existing customer data (i.e., voice of customer data, survey data, CRM data, etc.) that you are able to use in a closed AI environment, Zontee encourages you to bring it.
  4. Have existing customer personas and customer journey maps? Bring them along to reference in the exercises.

Location

All workshops are located on the second floor of the Omni Boston Seaport—our official conference HQ—at 450 Summer Street in Boston.

ROI, Measurement, and Analytics takes place in Ensemble E. Please check the app for a map or ask a member of the event staff for directions.

You can find all workshop meals and refreshment breaks in the south pre-function space (AKA the Ensemble Foyer) on floor 2.

Workshop Day Agenda

Please plan to arrive early to pick up your badge—there will be a line. You can't grab breakfast or enter the workshop room without it.

7:00am Registration opens for badge pick up
7:30am–9:00am Breakfast in the Ensemble Foyer
9:00am Workshops start—find your way to Ensemble E!
10:30am–11:00am 15-minute refreshment break during this window
12:00pm–1:00pm Lunch in the Ensemble Foyer
2:30pm–3:00pm 15-minute refreshment break during this window
3:30pm That's it—your workshop is a wrap!
