This Sweepstakes is solely sponsored by MarketingProfs, LLC (MarketingProfs).

DEADLINES: The MarketingProfs Tiny House Talk Giveaway ("the giveaway") will run from Monday, March 23, 2020 through Monday, March 30, 2020, 11:59pm ET.

METHOD OF ENTRY: Entries granted only to those who are enrolled in Marketing Writing Bootcamp 2020 or those who send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below, by March 30, 2020.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: No purchase necessary. Include in the self-addressed stamped envelope a 3x5 index card with the entrant's name, full address, email address, Instagram username, and telephone number to MarketingProfs, 1985 Riviera Dr, Suite 103-17, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. One mail entry per entrant only. Must be received by March 30, 2020.

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to any individual at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry, and meets the additional eligibility requirements defined in this section. Employees of MarketingProfs and members of the households and immediate families of such employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. All entrants must possess a functioning email address throughout the length of the promotion in order to claim any prize won. Only one prize per winner.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: Two (2) thirty-minute one-on-one video conference sessions with Ann Handley will be given away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. This prize has no cash value.

WINNER SELECTIONS: The winners of the Tiny House Talks will be drawn at random on the aforementioned date. MarketingProfs' selection of winners shall be final and binding in all respects.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Winner must continue to comply with the Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners will be announced via the MarketingProfs Instagram page and will be notified by email. The winners have five (5) business days to claim his/her prize. Winners will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of the date the notice is sent (unless otherwise indicated by MarketingProfs), an affidavit of eligibility which includes proof of identity, a release and indemnification of MarketingProfs, and an agreement to allow the use of the winner's name, signature, biographical information, performance, voice, portrait, or photograph in publicity or advertising concerning this promotion without compensation (except in states where prohibited) and to fulfill any such other reasonable requirements as determined by MarketingProfs. If there is no response or a potential winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and/or where applicable, the liability/publicity release within the required time period, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Once a winner's affidavit of eligibility has been received, MarketingProfs will provide all applicable information for the winner to correspond with the MarketingProfs customer service team concerning prize redemption. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the giveaway shall be solely determined by MarketingProfs. No substitution, exchange, or transfer of any prize by any winner is allowed. MarketingProfs reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.

GENERAL/DISCLAIMER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of MarketingProfs. Such decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of any prize. MarketingProfs' computer is the official timekeeping device for this sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant also agrees to be contacted by MarketingProfs via email, or phone in relation to this giveaway.

MarketingProfs and each of its officers, directors, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, sponsors, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected information relating to the Sweepstakes (including typographical errors), any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, server, service provider, electronic, power, or Internet or other hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or unavailability, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, data loss or late or incorrect data processing, Internet traffic congestion, computer virus, service provider/Internet/site inaccessibility, unavailability, or malfunction, or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information regardless of cause. All entries become the property of MarketingProfs and will not be acknowledged or returned. RELEASED PARTIES (I) MAKE NO EXPRESS WARRANTY, GUARANTY, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRIZE AND (II) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. ENTRANTS, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER THEY MAY HAVE, OR WHICH MAY ARISE, AGAINST ANY OF THEM FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER, CAUSE OR THING WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INJURY OR LOSS TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THEIR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entrant further agrees that the Released Parties' liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees or other legal costs. MarketingProfs reserves the right to cancel this Sweepstakes at any time without obligation or prior notice.

In the event that the operation, security, or administration for the giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus, regularly scheduled maintenance, or other technical problems, MarketingProfs may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) modify the giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules without suspending it; (b) suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) cancel the giveaway and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. MarketingProfs reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries in excess of the limit stated, or entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this promotion via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in entries originating from the IP address becoming ineligible. MarketingProfs reserves the right to disqualify any individual who acts in violation of these Official Rules.

MarketingProfs' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MARKETINGPROFS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any winner who entered online, the winner will be determined to be the party who established the email account. By entering the giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action relating to the giveaway or any prized awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. By entering, entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, agrees to accept service of process by certified mail, and hereby waives any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
